Budgets vs Actuals per Project Manager

Budgets vs Actuals per Project Manager

This report shows the difference between the estimated and actuals for material costs, labour costs, labour hours, and gross profit for all projects completed in the selected date range for each project manager.

For each project manager, these four metrics are displayed as a bar. For example, if the project manager tended to go over budget in materials, the materials bar would be below $0.

If the manager's total labour estimates for all their projects during the year had been $100,000 and they completed those projects with a labour cost of $80,000, the report would show a labour budget remaining of $20,000.

The "GP Over/ Under Budget" metric compares estimated gross profit to actual gross profit.

Important Note: this does not show the total gross profit per project manager.
