Customer Retention / Activity by Customer Group

This report is an excellent way to determine what happens to your customer enquiries.
How to Interpret This Report
For customers within that customer group whose files were created within the date range, how many have become a lead? How many have had quotes created for them? How many have you raised a job for? How many have been invoiced?
In the example table given, 12 customers in the 'Commercial Clients' group were created within the previous month. Of those 12 customers, 4 have a lead in the system, 10 have a quote in the system, 7 resulted in a job being created for them, 1 had a recurring job created, and 6 were invoiced.
Note that this does not show the total number of leads, quotes, jobs, etc, but the total number of customers with leads, quotes, jobs etc. So if you created three new customers, and two of them requested two quotes each, and one of those customers proceeded with both of their quotes, the result would be:
Customers Created: 3
Quoted Customers: 2
Job Customers: 1
...even though 4 quotes were created and two were accepted.
It shows that of the three new customers, only two actually resulted in a quote being created, and only one customer decided to engage you for a job. The other two customers have not become 'Job Customers'.
