For businesses that run a strict catalogue system, it can be important to weed out intruders. Sometimes people order a one-off item when they meant to order a catalogue item and now it ends up in stock.

This report will show any items in any storage device that are not listed in your current catalogue. There is no way in simPRO to see those interlopers without this report.

Once found, you can then transfer them, stocktake them, add them to the catalogue in simPRO. Once they are out of stock they will no longer show in this report.

In order to make sure you keep on top of this, you can add the report to a dashboard and set up a regular email subscription. Set it to not send if there are no results.
