This is a cool report that calculates lead time based on the estimated time reamining in each cost centre.

It works by subtracting the hours completed so far from the total estimated hours.

It then converts those hours in to days and weeks. Depending on your schedule and workforce, you may need to adjust those numbers to get accurate forecasts.

It uses more custom expressions than most, but I will walk you through those in the editor settings below. You don't need to know how to create them. Just copy and paste.
