Monthly Billable Hours Claimed vs Actual Job Hours

How much of your time on jobs is actually billable? Are you allowing enough time to complete jobs? Are your prebuilds too optimistic? Are your technicians too slow?
This report compares the total billable hours claimed vs the total hours worked on jobs each month for the past 6 months, allowing you to see at glance whether you are estimating and billing enough labour on your jobs. The calculation for the billable hours is based upon the percentage of the job claimed. For example, if there were 100 estimated (i.e. billable) hours on a job and you claimed 25% of the job value, then 25 hours would be added to that month's total. The actual hours come from any time scheduled to jobs within that month. Note that this does not include time scheduled to quotes or activities.
