Monthly Quote Performance by Quoted Value

This report shows all the key metrics for determining your monthly closing rate per salesperson per month:

  • Total quoted value

  • Value of converted (won) quotes

  • Value of lost (archived) quotes

  • Value of open quotes (neither lost nor archived)

  • Closing rate (value of converted quotes / value of all quotes)


There are two keys to understanding this report:

  1. Date is based by quote creation. This means that a quote created in January and converted in February will show in January's stats. This is the only accurate way to get a closing rate.

  2. No Junk Data. All lost quotes must be archived with an archive reason (it will still work if your expired quotes are set to archive themselves automatically). All won quotes must be converted. All open quotes are real, open quotes.
