This report shows which technicians haven't started jobs by their due date.

The first filter removes any jobs in the Complete, Archived, or Invoiced Stages.

The second filter only shows jobs with a due date in the past.

The third filter shows only jobs with 0 actual hours. This means no-one has been scheduled to or attended the job.
