You can adjust the Group By setting to pick up Date Created or Date Approved, depending on your workflow.

Beware that simPRO data can take up to 24 hrs to show up in BI reporting, so these figures may not be fully up to date.

To show the previous month's data compared with the prior month, add a date filter to show only the last 12 months, not including this month.
