Response Time Success by Due Date

If you use job due dates to indicate the date before which your technicians should attend site, this report will show how often you meet those targets. If the job has a due date and there is a schedule block on or before the due date, it will be marked as successful. If the first schedule block is after the due date, it will be recorded as unsuccessful. If there is no due date, it won't be counted.
The success rate is successful attendances divided by the total number of jobs with due dates.
This particular report groups the results by project manager in order to provide feedback to specific employees. If you don't use the project manager function it will still work.
