Response Time Success Rate

This report shows the percentage of jobs with response times that were successfully attended before the response was due, allowing you to easily gauge whether you are meeting your customer's service KPIs.
There are three filters applied in this example, but you can add more from the jobs table, such as project manager, salesperson, technician, or site, if required.
Note: the date filter is based upon the response due date, not the job creation or job completion date.
