This report report counts the number of times a technician had to go back to a service job. It is ideal for businesses where technicians are expected to complete a service job in one visit, and removes the need to tag call-backs or use a call-back cost centre.

If a technician attended a service job on three separate occasions, it will log two re-visits. It is calculated per technician, so each tech's stats will not be affected by attendances from other techs.
