Who really works the fastest? If there is one technician on one job, it is very easy to see if they went over or under the estimated time. But what about across multiple jobs, where there may be other employees scheduled to the job as well?

This report compares the estimated (billable) labour hours to the actual time taken by the technician to complete the job. It splits the billable labour between technicians according to the time they spent on jobs. The estimated labour hours figure is the billable time from labour rates, prebuilds, and one-off items.

This report is similar to simPRO's inbuilt Labour Productivity report, but unlike that report, it does not include any partially invoiced jobs which can distort the figures. For example, if a project has had an initial 20% claim for materials supplied, and technicians have only just begun work, their apparent productivity ratio would appear much higher than it actually is. Similarly, if they have worked many hours on a job which has not yet been invoiced, their labour productivity will appear lower.

In order to prevent the labour productivity figures being thrown out by progress claims, this report only includes fully invoiced or archived jobs.

Run this report over a long enough time range to give meaningful averages.
