This report will show you the return on investment for each technician's time on jobs.

It is the best report to see your return on investment on job hours for each technician. It takes the total revenue from each invoiced and archived job and divides it among the technicians according to the hours worked on that job.

Unlike the Technician Productivity Report in simPRO, it is not thrown out by partially invoiced jobs, as they are excluded from this report. It is important to remember that this only shows how profitable they are while on jobs. It does not take into account time spent on quotes and activities.

It is set to show results from the last 12 months in order to provide enough data for a meaningful average. You can adjust how many past months are included by changing the red 12 to another number if desired.
