I'm excited to let you know that Pro Suite will now be offering simPRO consulting online and in person. For those of you who knew me from Platinum Consultants, you are welcome to continue with Darren at Platinum, but this is where to find me and book my services.

Why book a consultation?

If you feel like you could be using simPRO better, I can help you. I've worked with over 300 businesses across a range of industries, and there's a very good chance I've come across the problems you're running into.

How is it delivered?

Consulting is available both online and in person. Customers in Perth can book onsite consulting via the booking page. For those outside of Perth requiring onsite training, simply click through to request a quote that includes travel costs.

All remote sessions can be recorded and/or transcribed for your reference. At the end of the session you will receive session notes with action items and any supporting materials and documentation.

How to book a session

How much does it cost?

There are a range of prices, starting at $200 AUD. If you're not sure where to start, I suggest booking an initial consultation of 2-4 hours. You will receive an assessment of your current setup informed by your goals and requirements, and we can map out a strategic plan. From there you can work through it yourself, or we can set up a program of regular sessions.

Why not just ask Google / Chat GPT?

You should! I use AI all the time. But LLMs are a general purpose tool that tends towards the average and general, while a good consultant focuses on the unique and the specific. Do you want to wade through all of that potentially irrelevant information out there, or do you want to know what you need to know?

LLMs respond to the questions you ask them, while a good consultant knows which questions to ask you. Developing and sustaining a competitive advantage depends upon taking into account your unique goals and the competitive landscape you are operating in. This lack of context remains a fundamental limitation of current AI systems.

LLMs also have no accountability, and at this stage are often factually incorrect about simPRO. They don't know what they don't know, and they certainly don't know what you don't know, nor will they care to ask. I will.
