This service report is perfect for showing your customers the result of your asset servicing, whether they be air conditioners, fire extinguishers, generators, cool rooms or any other piece of equipment that requires inspections, service and repairs. 
 
A detailed test report shows professionalism and transparency, helping to build trust. In the case of a pass, the customer knows that the inspection was thorough and completed. If the asset fails, a detailed report helps the customer understand why repair or replacement might be justified.  

The first page shows a summary of all assets serviced on the job, grouped by asset type.  Passes and Fails are colour-coded green and red so the customer can easily scan the results. 
 
The next section shows the full asset inspection details, for failed assets only, including:
Asset custom fields (up to the first 12)
All test readings
Test notes
Colour-coded test results
Highlighted failure points with the relevant standards and severity
Asset test photos
There is a page break between each asset, although these can be easily removed if desired.
