This template produces a detailed summary of the information from all job cards (the information collected on simPRO Mobile). It is ideal for do & charge work where you need to show a summary of what was done and by whom. 
 
It will show:
All confirmed attendance date and times (schedules must be locked).
Work completed notes
Materials used 
Assets tested
Technician and client signatures (if collected)
All public job photos
The most recent JSA mobile audit (if any)
 
When generating this document from the job Forms tab, you can apply cost centre and date filters to show details from selected visits.
 
Or, to show the details of only one technician one day, simply open the job card and generate this report from the job card Forms tab. They can also be triggered by notifications for external or internal reporting.
 
Most fields will not display if they don't have any content. For example, if there are no assets tested, the assets section will not be shown. But if you never want to show some elements, simply delete those sections of the template (making sure you save a backup first).
 
This template is a neutral theme, in black and white and Arial font, ready to have your own branding, theme and colours applied.
