This template produces a detailed, sequential report of all job cards. It is ideal for do & charge work where you need to show a summary of what was done and by whom. 
 
For each day for each technician, it will show:
Attendance date and times
Work completed notes
Materials used 
Assets tested
Technician and client signatures
 
It then displays:
All public job photos
The most recent JSA mobile audit (if any)
 
When generating this document from the job Forms tab, you can apply cost centre and date filters to show selected visits.
 
Or, to show the details of only one technician one day, simply open the job card and generate this report from the job card Forms tab. 
 
Most fields will not display if they don't have any content. For example, if there are no assets tested, the assets section will not be shown. But if you never want to show some elements, simply delete thhose sections of the template (make sure you save a backup first).
 
This template is a neutral theme, in black and white and Arial font, ready to have your own branding, theme and colours applied.
