It is vital to ensure that you document job variations immediately. In case something was approved verbally, or quoted outside of simPRO, you can use this form to send the customer a summary of all the primary and variation cost centres. 
 
To only show certain cost centres, select them from the drop-down list on the job Forms tab.  
 
First, the template shows the primary cost centres, then it shows the variation cost centres.   Each table heading contains the section name, and each row is a cost centre. If you are using service jobs, which do not have sections, the table heading will simply say 'Item' above the list of cost centres. 
 
The template will show variation cost centre descriptions so you can help the customer understand the scope and cause of the variation.
