It is vital to ensure that you document job variations immediately. In case something was approved verbally, or quoted outside of simPRO, you can use this form to send the customer a summary of all the primary and variation job sections.
To only show certain cost centres (for example, just the variations), select them from the drop-down list on the job Forms tab.
Each table row corresponds to a job section. If you are using service jobs, which do not have sections, the item name will simply be 'Original Contract' for the primary cost centres and 'Variations' for the variation cost centres.
